中国沈阳海智创新创业大赛2015年诞生于沈阳，是国内率先举办的以海外智力人员为主的科技创业大赛，以助力沈阳老工业基地新一轮振兴为宗旨，统筹利用海外科技团体和国内优质科技资源，全力促进科技插上金融的翅膀，促进知识创造资本化、技术创新商品化、科技成果产业化，培育科技创新小巨人，打造创新驱动增长极。中国沈阳海智创新创业大赛海外项目对接会是大赛主体活动之一，旨在整合创新创业资源，协助海外创新创业项目对接沈阳高新产业资源，开拓市场，实现互利共赢。本次对接会主题为“智享时代”，通过比利时、美国、意大利、泰国、马来西亚等国家的合作伙伴，计划推荐40个海外项目，并遴选16个团队开展线上项目对接活动，国内设线下场地，海外通过线上会议的形式参与，对接会邀请相关政府领导、行业专家、相关项目应用场景的行业高管、投资人、项目潜在技术合作方等人员进行项目线下点评与提问，并针对项目落地可行性与发展预期进行打分。本届对接会将打造全流程、全方位海外招才引智落地服务体系，全面涵盖项目征集、落地辅导、线上对接、来沈考察、本地产业对接、创投资本对接、支持政策对接、产业园区对接等方面，为优秀海外项目提供全程跟踪落地服务。

Established in 2015, China Shenyang Overseas Elite Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition is the first technology entrepreneurship competition in China featuring overseas intellectuals, which aims to provide assistance to the revitalization of old industrial base in Shenyang. Through the overall utilization of overseas technology groups and domestic high-quality technology resources, as well as the promotion of the combination of technology and finance, the capitalization of knowledge creation, the commercialization of technological innovation, and the industrialization of technological achievements, technology entrepreneurial giants and innovation-driven growth pole are nurtured and developed. Shenyang Global Projects Docking Fair of China Shenyang Overseas Elites Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition (hereinafter referred to as “Docking Fair”) is one of the main activities of China Shenyang Overseas Elite Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. Its main purpose is to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship resources, assist in the docking of overseas innovation and entrepreneurship projects with Shenyang high-tech industrial resources, and expand the market. The theme of this Docking Fair is “Era of Smart Enjoy”, involving partners from various countries, such as Belgium, the United States, Italy, Thailand and Malaysia. It is planned to recommend 40 overseas projects and select 16 teams to carry out online project docking activities. In more detail, the main forms of participation are offline venues in China and online meetings overseas. Furthermore, relevant government leaders, industry experts, executives, investors, and potential technical partners are invited to make offline comments and ask questions, and score the projects based on the feasibility and development expectation. This docking fair will create a comprehensive overseas talent introduction service system to provide full-process tracking and implementation services for excellent overseas projects, which covers project collection, implementation guidance, online docking, inspections in Shenyang, and the docking with local industry, venture capital, supporting policies and industrial parks.
